Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after the specified period may not be eligible.

Return Pickup Charges

A ₹100 return pickup charge will apply for all approved return or exchange requests.
This charge is payable by the customer.
If our pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may return the product using any reliable courier service. In such cases, the ₹100 pickup charge will not apply.

Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Be free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

Return & Exchange Process

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Our support team will review your request.
Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or ask you to ship the product if pickup is unavailable.
After the product is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process your exchange or refund as applicable.
